Cookie Diet
You've probably heard of the diet of biscuits and probably wondered how on earth she works.
I was in the same ship you and I must admit it was a bit skeptical at first myself. I said: "What is the diet cookie ?!…. That sounds like a pleasant dream .. "Well, I was wrong. It is a very real and I'll explain how.
Not cookies that make you lose weight by itself. You see the cookies, I learned, are composed of ingredients that include specific types of amino acids. These acids are foods rich in proteins that effectively suppress hunger. This is the key to losing weight.
Normally, a system not working not because you need to consume fewer calories each week to lose weight. When you eat a diet low in calories, is very difficult to treat with hunger pains, so severe succumb to hunger and overeating.
Most foods that suppress hunger successfully are fatty foods that are high in calories. This is where the cookie is at stake in this particular cookie successfully suppresses hunger while still a food low in calories. BOOM. Why no party with a natural food for the abolition of hunger before?!
I researched and it seems that nobody is that very surprising for me. Of course, amino acids need not be put into a cookie to work. You can put it in soup, milkshakes, or anything really. But a "cookie" is most comfortable, durable and portable snack.

It is one of the only developing more and more foods low in calories, which is a natural appetite suppressant. Why more people have not, I have no idea. It's simple, logical and scientific.
Basically, you eat 7 cookies per day, or about 500 calories, then a nutritious meal consisting of lean meats and green vegetables is around 300. This provides only 800 calories / day diet and should normally be little almost impossible if not for the hungry, the removal of officers in the cookie. I recommend the cookie diet plan to anyone looking to lose weight soundly.
This could be in your purse, pocket, briefcase, car, etc. Besides, who does not love cookies? Also with the diet of biscuits, which are supposed to eat lean meat, chicken or fish and 1 cup of vegetables for dinner every night. Therefore, not only eat cookies all day!
