Cookie Diet

You've probably heard of the diet of biscuits and probably wondered how on earth she works.

I was in the same ship you and I must admit it was a bit skeptical at first myself. I said: "What is the diet cookie ?!…. That sounds like a pleasant dream .. "Well, I was wrong. It is a very real and I'll explain how.

Not cookies that make you lose weight by itself. You see the cookies, I learned, are composed of ingredients that include specific types of amino acids. These acids are foods rich in proteins that effectively suppress hunger. This is the key to losing weight.
