Extreme Diet
If you are desperate for quick weight loss, I'll give you an "all-diet, no exercise" diet Special which will bring a loss of 10 pounds in 12 days. However, please understand that this plan is not for everyone. It is extreme and if you decide to use, consult a doctor.
Studies have shown in a group of people whom a 1,000 calorie diet which is 90% protein … Average people have lost 6 pounds each and everyday. That's 7.2 kilos in 12 days. Wait, it gets even better.
The same study showed that if you have given a group of people a diet of 1,000 calories as fat was 90% … the average person lost 9 pounds each and every day. This makes a total of 10.8 kilos lost in 12 days.
Before giving details on the 90% fat diet that these results, I'll mention that this study also following persons a 1000 calorie diet was 90% carbohydrate. The final results for them is that, actually gained weight!
Now, the reason that the 1,000 calorie diet rich in fat, 90% works so well is that it forces the body into lipolysis. This causes burning the body fat for energy and survival as the body is deprived of carbohydrates and protein for animal feed. Logic Pretty simple.
So now you know the basics, here's a summary of fat to 90%, 1,000 calories …
Eat often, 5 times day. Each meal is 200 calories.
Dining options include:
- 1 ounce of macadamia nuts
- 2 oz cheese Cream
- 1 ounce of tuna with 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise is served in 1 / 4 avocado
- 2 oz sour cream and 2 oz black caviar
- 2.5 oz of whipped cream and 2 oz Pate
- 2 boiled egg yolks 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Select the desired. This scheme would be dangerous for most people, but if you've tried everything to lose weight and have failed … then I advised to try this plan after consulting a doctor.
Unfortunately, most doctors are totally ignorant of nutrition and scare the diet, rather to help them succeed.
You must therefore have a diet that gets results. However, be cautious. This scheme is not for most people.
In Part 2, I'll show you a simple way to adjust the diet and use different (better, easier) food if you only need to eat 4 times a day for a total of 1,200 calories.
